English Hub KS2 Support
The aim of the KS2 offer is:
- More children meeting the expected standard in KS2 and are better prepared for their transition to KS3
St Wilfrid's English Hub will:
- Support partner schools to implement effective strategies to develop reading fluency
- Help to embed fluent reading across the curriculum
- Provide ongoing support with a rigorous SSP
Partner schools will:
- Continue to assess for gaps in phonics
- Gain a greater understanding of the importance of reading fluency
