NEW English Hub programme 2025/26, Reading Fluency. This programme, created by Herts for Learning in collaboration with the English Hub will consist of 6 face to face sessions and is fully funded by the DfE. The training aims to help primary schools improve reading fluency – often recognised as the bridge between word decoding and reading comprehension. The programme is based on extensive research into the different elements which contribute to reading fluency – accuracy, automaticity and prosody – and it is impactful for all children, not just those struggling with reading. Programme break down:

                    Module 3: Zoom in on automatically building

                    Module 4: Zoom in on prosody

                    Module 5: Modelling comprehension

   Module 6: Reading fluency across the curriculum
